Our Process
Consultation
To begin, schedule a virtual consultation. Consultations are complimentary and take around 30 minutes. During this virtual session, a GMS project manager will tour your spaces, discuss your needs, and gather notes about your product style and preferences.
Estimating
In less than 48 hours, you will receive your custom project estimate via email along with your service agreement and a deposit link. Estimates include hours we will spend in-home organizing your space and preparation including product sourcing and prep, purchases, team preparation, donation drop offs, and post project tasks. To get started, simply sign your agreement and submit a 50% deposit directly through the link. Next you will receive a confirmation email along with an introduction to your project manager.
Project Preparation
Each project, we assign a dedicated Project Manager (PM) and Lead Organizer to oversee the process, ensuring every detail from your consultation is communicated to the organizing team. Depending on your project, your PM may schedule an in-person measuring appointment. We handle all logistics in advance, including sourcing products, ordering supplies, and scheduling vendors. You will receive automated scheduling reminders leading up to your project day.
Organizing
On project day, our team arrives ready to transform your space! Your Lead Organizer directs the process, delegating tasks to ensure efficient and quality work. The team may ask questions during the process, our goal is to work primarily independently. If you want to join in on the organizing fun we welcome you. After editing, purging, organizing, incorporating products, and adding labeled systems, you’ll do a final walkthrough with your Team Lead to ensure everything meets your vision.
Post Project
After the team leaves, a summary of what was completed will be created called a recap. Along with the summary, you will receive a final invoice and an itemized list of products used. At this time, your initial deposit will be applied. Any remaining balance is due at this time. The project summary will also include recommendations on how to maintain your space. For those interested, we offer a membership program and love working with you to continue intentional living with an organized lifestyle. Enjoy your beautifully organized space– you deserve it!
On average a small project takes approximately 10-14 business days from start to finish. This allows time to meet, create your plan, order materials and schedule time with our team.

Investment
Pricing is based on your inventory and scope of the project. We determine how many sessions and team members are needed to accomplish your goals. We can share a rough estimate with you after your consultation, You’ll receive an email with your custom proposal outlining the entire project.
Our rate is $80 per organizer, per hour.
Additional travel rates apply to projects outside of Buncombe County.
